Ritchko may provide additional goods and services related to Ritchko Services in the form of a subscription ("subscription service") provided for a period of time after payment in advance, such information will be notified to users prior to subscribing to the subscription service. Ritchko has the right to suspend or modify the subscription fee payment option. When Richco suspends or modifies its subscription payment options, it will notify you by email or Richco service of any suspension or modification before the next payment is made.
Any charges incurred by your account are your responsibility. Riccico has the right to disable the subscription service for that account regardless of the amount of money that has expired.
A service subscription that selects multiple quantities allows the user to choose the quantity freely. The first subscription payment for a subscription service that can be changed in quantity is (service subscription unit price * optional quantity). You can change the number of subscribed services at any time, and if the modified quantity is less than the quantity currently subscribed, the selected quantity will be applied as of the next payment date, and if the modified quantity is more than the quantity currently subscribed, the changed quantity will be applied immediately by paying an additional amount as of the next payment date and today. The additional amount calculation is as follows. Subscription Service Unit Price / (Next Payment Date - Current Subscription Payment Date) * (Next Payment Date - Today Date)
Users who purchase the Richco service can immediately use the purchased additional products and services. Except as specified in the Terms and Conditions of Sale, you do not have the right to cancel the purchase once you have completed it, and Riccico will not offer a refund for any amount, including subscription service charges.

Richco accepts payments through PayPal. The user must comply with all the terms and conditions of the selected payment method. By proceeding with the order through the Richco service, the user authorizes the payment agency designated by Richco to charge the purchase amount to the account designated by the user. All payments will be made in U.S. dollars and may include additional fees and other incidental costs. (Pre-stated)
In the event that a transaction is rejected online due to a problem with the payment method, Richco may immediately suspend or cancel your order. Problems arising in the process of proceeding with the transaction should be resolved by the user. If your transaction is not approved online, please contact us via the email address provided by Customer Support regarding your purchase.
With respect to the additional goods and services related to the Ricchko service purchased by the user, Ricchko acknowledges and agrees that it has fulfilled its obligation to deliver or otherwise provide the product, service or content, regardless of the failure or availability of the product, service or content, to the user or the intended authorized recipient.
Richco and Richco's suppliers and licensees continue to upgrade and improve Richco services to provide new additional products and services. Ricchko may, at any time, amend, suspend or modify any additional goods and services without prior notice, and such goods and services may become unavailable without prior notice. Ricchko will not take any responsibility in the event that the additional goods or services ordered become unavailable. If necessary, Riccico has the right to cancel the order if the goods, services or content become unavailable.
Ricchko wants to provide accurate information from Ricchko Services and eliminate errors as much as possible. However, Ricchko does not guarantee that any additional goods and services or products, descriptions of services or content, photos, prices, and other information are accurate, complete, up-to-date, or completely error-free. If errors occur in Richco Services, order verification, order processing, delivery of additional goods or services, or other processes, Richco shall have the right to correct such errors and, if necessary, modify the order (including the correct price claim), or cancel the order and refund the charged costs.
Unless otherwise disclosed in respect of certain additional products or services, the vendor of additional products and services is Richco.
In the event of a conflict between the terms of sale and the terms of service, the terms of sale apply.
The terms and conditions are effective from April 17, 2023.
