Te:wind records live broadcasts from Twitch channels subscribed to with the relevant account. Therefore, the content of Twitch streamers recorded using Te:wind must comply with Twitch policies (e.g., DMCA, sensitive content) and various laws (e.g., illegal recordings) when broadcasting.
However, if it is discovered that Twitch broadcasts violating these policies have been recorded and stored on Te:wind related servers, Te:wind has the right to delete the content regardless of the user's wishes, and has the right to suspend the relevant subscriptions.
Furthermore, the responsibility for recording and storing such content lies with the user. You understand that if any civil or criminal issues arise regarding the content, the responsibility lies with the user.
Te:wind strives to eliminate errors to the maximum extent from the "Broadcast Recording" feature it provides. However, it does not guarantee that the service will be accurate, complete, and totally error-free.
Therefore, there is a possibility that parts of the recorded version may not be complete, and as stated in the terms of sale, refunds for this reason are not possible and service users understand this matter.
